What is AgeCraft?

AgeCraft is a framework of simple, body-based practices you can build into your daily routine — practices that help with the real challenges of getting older, and the general weariness of modern life.

Drawing from advanced yoga, neurobiology and behavioral science, these are practices that restore mobility, rewire the nervous system, and reconnect you to life.

Body. Mind. Spirit. AgeCraft works on all three.

“It's not how old you are. It's how you are old.”

I'm Richard Rahn.

I've spent more than thirty years teaching yoga and movement, working with hundreds of people in the second half of life — including myself.

AgeCraft is what I've learned, distilled into something simple enough to teach.

Inside of AgeCraft, I share practices that restore you, reconnect you, renew you.

If you want to age with resilience, vitality, and some fun along the way, AgeCraft is for you.

AgeCraft lives on Skool — our private space, where we actually meet.

Inside, I teach live workshops, recorded so you can revisit them anytime. There are also resources, discussions, and articles — all geared toward staying strong, staying present, and enjoying the ride..

It’s just getting started, so for now it's $47, one time, for lifetime access. Come as often as you like. Take what serves you and leave the rest — it'll be here when you're ready.

I hope to see you inside.

Love, Richard

Here's something you can try right now.

Your First Practice

Before there's strength. Before there's flexibility. Before any of it — there's this.

You can go weeks without food. Days without water. Air? A few minutes, and that's it.

And yet most of us have never been taught how to actually breathe.

Somewhere along the way we picked up habits that work against us — shallow, high in the chest, disconnected from what's actually built to move. And it's costing us more than we realize: how well our organs get massaged and maintained with every breath, how much oxygen actually reaches our cells, how strong our core really is, how our pelvic floor holds up over the decades (incontinence isn't inevitable — it's often just an untrained system), even our sexual health.

Your First Practice is eight minutes, lying down, in a quiet room with your phone turned face-down. It teaches you the coordination almost no one has: your diaphragm and pelvic floor moving together — lowering as you inhale, rising as you exhale. Backwards from what most people assume. That's exactly why it matters.

Underneath it all is a simple truth: your pelvic bowl is a storehouse of energy most of us have never learned to fill. This practice is how you start.

It's home base. Everything else we do together builds from here.
